On December 6th, Huskies Captain Patrick Saini was named the Warrior East Conference Player-of-the-Month for November. Saini led the entire 24-team league with 22 points in 10 games.
Patrick scored nine times and assisted on 13 goals in November. Saini had four-point games against Markham (Nov. 11) and Aurora (Nov. 25) – including a hat trick against the Tigers.
Saini is in his fifth season with the franchise, after signing with the then Whitby Fury in 2019. The 20-year-old is tied for seventh in scoring in the OJHL this season with 21 goals and 24 assists during 30 games. He has three game-winning goals and one scored while shorthanded.
